  Sculptra® Sculptra® Aesthetic injectable is used to reverse the signs of facial fat loss that occur with aging. By restoring collagen, which decreases as the body ages, it fills out shallow-to-deep wrinkles and folds that run from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth (nasolabial folds). It is not appropriate for use in the eye and lip areas. PRF PRF is a gel made from a patient's blood that contains white blood cells, fibrin, and stem cells. It's a second-generation development of platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which is similar but uses anticoagulation factors that can inhibit healing. RADIESSE® RADIESSE® volumizing filler is a synthetic injectable filler that has been U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved for reducing moderate-to-severe wrinkles, folds and creases around the nose and mouth by augmenting the skin's natural collagen supply. It is a safe, effective and long-lasting alternative to injectable collagen and other dermal fillers for smoothing wrinkles and adding facial volume and contour.

  JUVÉDERM® JUVÉDERM® XC injectable gel is a U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved dermal filler that, according to its manufacturer, Allergan, Inc., is designed to "temporarily treat moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds such as nasolabial folds" in people older than 21. Unlike the original JUVÉDERM injectable gel, JUVÉDERM XC is infused with lidocaine to make its injection more comfortable. Restylane® U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved Restylane® injectable gel is a cosmetic "filler" that contains hyaluronic acid (HA), a natural substance that is found in the body. HA gives volume and elasticity to the skin, but as the body ages, HA levels decrease, resulting in loose skin and wrinkling. When injected, Restylane gel is designed to plump the skin beneath lines and wrinkles, smoothing them out and making them less noticeable.

• BOTOX® Cosmetic

  BOTOX® Cosmetic is an FDA-approved treatment that temporarily blocks nerve impulses to the muscles, causing them to relax. It is used to treat permanent furrows and deep wrinkles in the skin formed by the continual contraction of facial muscles. The result is a softer, more youthful-looking complexion with little or no downtime. Applications for BOTOX Cosmetic Although originally approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of eye and muscle spasms, BOTOX Cosmetic was quickly recognized for its cosmetic value. Properly placed injections of BOTOX Cosmetic block nerve impulses sent to muscles, weakening them to the point where they cannot contract, and temporarily eliminating moderately severe furrows and lines. • Intense Pulse Light (IPL)

  Intense pulsed light (IPL) is a non-laser technology that uses high-intensity light to treat a variety of skin conditions: Skin treatments: IPL can improve skin texture and tone, and treat pigmented lesions, vascular lesions, and unwanted hair. Acne: IPL can help alleviate acne. IPL works by emitting a broad spectrum of light with each pulse, which allows it to treat multiple skin imperfections at once. The light is absorbed by hemoglobin, which transforms it into heat. This can destroy abnormal blood vessels and reduce inflammation. IPL is generally safe, but it's not suitable for everyone. People who are pregnant, on blood thinners, or have certain skin conditions should avoid IPL. "For best results, a series of treatments depending on your skin condition is recommended."

• Laser Pigment Removal

  Lasers are an effective tool that can be used for pigment removal in patients with a wide range of different skin types. Lasers are a treatment option often used to remove unwanted tattoos or permanent makeup, or to treat discolorations of the skin such as: Birthmarks Age spots Sun spots Darkening of the skin The Laser Pigment Removal Procedure Before the pigment removal process, an anesthetic cream may be applied to numb the skin. If the face is being treated, goggles may be worn to cover and protect the eyes. A thin layer of gel is applied to the treatment area and the laser is positioned over the skin. The laser emits a high-intensity light beam that passes through the skin surface and the surrounding tissue and the high energy of the light causes the pigment or ink particles to break up into very small particles. The laser breaks the pigment into smaller particles, which may be metabolized or excreted by the body, or eliminated directly through the skin as the wound heals Some patients experience a stinging or burning sensation as the laser moves over the skin, however the discomfort for most patients is minimal. Most patients can return to regular activities immediately following the procedure. Risks and Recovery from Laser Pigment Removal After the laser pigment removal procedure, patients may experience swelling in the affected area of the skin. Risks of laser pigment removal may include: Blistering Scarring Temporary darkening or lightening of the skin Patients are advised to apply sunscreen and gently care for the affected area to ensure proper healing. Depending on the size and severity of the area being treated, several laser treatment sessions may be required before desired results are achieved.

The solution is left on for several minutes, and then the top layer of skin pee ls off within a few days. During this time, don’t apply facial cosmetics. We know it is tempting to conceal the redness, but microneedling opens up the pores of your face, so the last thing you want to do is clog all those channels into the epidermis with makeup. For 24-48 hours, it is normal to experience peeling, dryness, swelling and bumps. Follow our directions for which moisturizers and cleansers to use during this time. Your skin will start looking radiant and fresh after a few days, and results will continue to improve over the next couple of months as new collagen and elastin forms.

  Microneedling with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that can help rejuvenate the skin: How it works A small amount of the patient's blood is drawn and placed in a centrifuge to separate the platelets and fibrin, creating PRF. The PRF is then applied to the skin while fine needles puncture the skin, creating tiny injuries that stimulate healing.
